Galvanized steel. Not painted. Used on 5" posts that are taller than 48" and do not exceed 72". This post is used for SUPPORTING A GATE. (We recommend that the post also be reinforced with at least 1 - 48" piece of #4 rebar and filled with mixed concrete.
